5 x 5m Springtop marquee	We use this as our catering tent but this small yet smart marquee can be used for anything – from extra overflow space at a party through to a great 'bar' area. Don't be fooled by its size - this is one of the strongest wind resistant lightweight structures in the market.
Clipframe marquee. (10 x 30m)	Available in 5 metre sections and is suitable for as few as 50 guests (10 x 10m) through to 200+ guests.Walls can be folded back or taken right off to position the doors wherever you like and to have as little or as much air flow as you desire. A total of 6 clear walls included at no extra cost.
Roof silks & LED fairy lights	Because it's all about creating a great atmosphere.
'Droppers'	Use our 'droppers' (light bulbs) with your own Chinese lanterns for another great lighting option.

Additional Services

Event coordination Also known as our Fairy Godmother Service. We tailor this to your requirements but for most occasions it consists of a meeting one week before the event to talk through the run schedule, and then I'm there on the night for as long as you need me, ensuring everything runs smoothly and taking care of those unexpected things that crop up. Think of it as a hybrid cross between the mother of the bride, the Best man and your favorite Maitre d'. This service is charged out at a very reasonable hourly rate.

Hire equipment We offer a hire coordination services and can arrange tables, dance floors, heaters and all your other hire requirements. We'll coordinate it for you at no extra cost – same price as if you went direct!

I hired a March Hare marquee for my daughter's wedding, which was in my garden at home. The marquee itself was beautiful - brand new, just the right size and flexible enough to open out if the weather was fine, or tie down if it happened to be windy or rainy. Gretchen and her team were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. It was also good value for money.

Dear Gretchen,
Just a wee note to say thank you so much for the part you played in helping our wedding day to run so smoothly. We had an absolutely amazing day. The marquee and the lanterns looked stunning. Thank you so much for putting up the marquee early – it was a weight off our shoulders to know it was up before the rain came – and gosh did it rain! But it didn't affect our nice white bright and shiney marquee which was wonderful. Thank you also for all the great ideas you provided us with and the photos to match.
